He is survived by: his wife Virginia H. "Ginny" Weigle (Breining); his parents, William M. Weigle and Sharon A. Weigle (Michaels) of Linden; and his sisters, Shelly Budinger (Lance) of Lock Haven and Pam Tabatabai (Carmen Ferrara) of Woolrich. He is also survived by husband and beloved father who cherished spending time with his two sons.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Billy's name to the worship team to help purchase a new drum set at Northway Community Church 1680 4 Mile Drive, Williamsport, PA 17701.
