He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Waltz and Marjorie Waltz (Menne); his wife Dorothy Mae Waltz (Kozen); his daughters, Carol Ann Fisher and Karen Marie Waltz; his great grandchild Grayson Abel Mabie; and his brothers, R. Donald and Merl Waltz.
