She was predeceased by: her parents, Garret Smith and Bertha Smith (Wettlaufer); her husband Paul E. Waugh, Sr.; and her children, Paul E. Waugh, Jr. and Barbara Trafford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debora L. Mahonski (Robert) of Trout Run and Rita E. Merril (John) of Trout Run; and her brother Edward Smith. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
