He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry D. Foster and Twila Foster (Logue); his wife Sandra L. Houston; his son Harry D. Foster, III; and his great great grandchild Marley.
He is survived by: his children, David E. Foster (Charlotte) of Westfield, Susan L. Johnson of Williamsport, Ginger S. Post of Trout Run, Penny L. Fuller of Austin and Kelly A. Kelly of Liberty; and his granddaughter Sabrina. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
