He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Pasquale and Memory Pasquale; and his brother Art Pasquale. He is survived by: his wife Mary Enama; his children, David Pasquale, Jr. (Carmela) of Colorado Springs, CO, Kim Groshek (Edward) of Berwick and Anthony Pasquale of Berwick; his stepchildren, Paul Stack (Melissa) of Nazareth and Elizabeth Stack of West Hazleton; his grandchildren, David III, Mandy, Cherry Ann, Joseph, Justin, Jarret, Natalia, Alessandra, Antonio and Sergio; and his siblings, Terry, Steve, Antoinette, Nina and Marissa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a great grandchild.
