He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Sr. Tobin and Emma Zerbe Tobin; his wife Arlene L. Lynch Tobin; and his siblings, Kathryn Mayberry, Janet Hoy, Jean Kinsey, Carol Becker, Lamar Tobin, Lawrence Tobin, Jr., Wilmer Tobin, Harold Tobin and Clarence Tobin, Sr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Judith (Butch Kolva) of Tremont and Linda (Randal Schies) of Pine Grove; his grandchildren, Jake Kolva, Erin (Russell Frantz) and Briana Schies; and his great grandchildren, Lexy Albert, Austin Frantz, Brayden Frantz and Christian Frantz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Wounded Warriors Inc. Pennsylvania, 1117 Country Club Road Camp Hill, Pa 17011 in his memory.
