He is survived by: his son Nicholas (Kelly Fultz) of Tremont; his grandchildren, Haley (Dakota), Emily (Jacob), Marissa, Anastasia and Calvin; his siblings, Debra Stoudt and Kenneth "Butch" (Barbara Fultz); his nephews, Randy (Jeanne), Keith (Barb), Matthew and Robert; and his niece Angela (Scott). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
