He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eleanor (Donton) and Lloyd C. Trumbo, Sr.; his children, Sean Trumbo (Tracy) of Birdsboro, Anthony Trumbo (Elizabeth Zaffarano) of San Diego, CA and Tracie Trumbo (Sean Johnston) of Douglassville; his granddaughter Andrea Rippert (Mark Rippert); his sister Karen Wertz (Linda Seltzer) of Snow Camp, NC; his nieces and nephews, Paula Fastrich, Tara Sparrow, Stacey Ballinger, Alissa Dunn, Ava Wertz, Bobby Staller, Kevin Staller, Jonathan Wertz and Levi Sparrow; his sister Diane Staller; his brother-in-law Allan Wertz; and his nephew-in-law Jay Sparrow.
