He was predeceased by: his parent Lloyd Moyer; his son Marlin Moyer; and his sister Thelma Spittler. He is survived by: his parent Sara Yost Moyer; his wife Vinnie Brown Moyer; his children, Karla Witmer (Scott) of Hanover, Krystal Scheib (Michael) of Palmyra and Kelly Parker (Pryce) of Tremont; his daughter-in-law Lori Moyer; and his great grandchildren, Eli Nelson and Leo Nelson.
