He is survived by: his parent Marjorie Birmingham Frew; his wife Wilda Ochs Frew; his children, Gerald O. Frew, Cindy Workman (Jamie), Williamstown Frew and Scott Frew (Amy); and his grandchildren, Tiffany Gilbert, Keisha Hummel, Keara Suprock, Jamie Workman II, Scott M. Frew and Steven Frew.
