He was predeceased by: his stepson Richard Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Sanger (Amsbaugh) of Goldsboro; his stepchildren, Barry Amsbaugh of Orangeburg, SC, Barbara Leonard of Etters, Stanley Fisher of Titusville, FL, Edward Fisher of Havelock, NC and Ryan Fisher of New Cumberland; and his siblings, Charlene Miller of Bellefonte and Lester Rocky of Vermont. He is also survived by several grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
