She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Futchko and Elizabeth Legaza Futchko; her husband John Yuscchock; her son Michael; and her siblings, Elizabeth Tomko, Irene Thur, Mary Chernowsky, George, Michael, John and Andrew Futchko.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Yuschock and John Yuschock (Suzanne); and her sisters, Dorothy Steranko of Washington, D. C., Anna (Harry Peiffer), Bertha Kuneiga and Ethel Swartz. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, several Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
