With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale L. Koppenhaver of Tremont, Pennsylvania, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth R. Koppenhaver and June L. Strausser Koppenhaver. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Bettinger Koppenhaver; his children, Brenda (Jamie Hoffa) of Wernersville, Becky (Scott Schneck) of Pine Grove, Brad Koppenhaver of Pine Grove and Brian Koppenhaver of Pine Grove; his grandchildren, Corbin, Aidan, Pierce, Isabella Brosious, AJ and Lauren Koppenhaver; and his sister Trudy (George Shiffer) of Pine Grove. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to St. Peter's UCC, 277 S. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 in his memory.

Recently, Dale and I reconnected and had chats on email to talk about family and sports, etc.. Dale was very proud of his wife, children and grandchildren and was a true family man.
