He was predeceased by: his father Ronald F. Heffner. He is survived by: his mother Rosalie M. Rumpf; and his siblings, Lisa Kreiser Jonestown (Steve), Ronald Heffner Pine Grove (Lynn) and Karen Buchanan (David). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
