She was predeceased by: her father Boyd Smith; her husband Bill Blake; and her mother Maxine Willaman (Bill Blake). She is survived by: her daughter Michele Tate (Chad); her granddaughter Madison Tate of Camp Hill, PA; her stepfather Clair Willaman of Greenville; and her sister Beverly Sanders (Jim) of Transfer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
