He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Asafaylo and Dorothy Asafaylo (Bean); and his brother Clyde Frank. He is survived by: his wife Janet Kuban; his children, Jeremy Asafaylo and Jessica Miglioretti (Severo); and his grandsons, Camren Klenke and Gianluca Miglioretti.
