She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Maykowski and Rose Maykowski (Milewski); her husband Louis Kocholek; her grandson David Kocholek, Jr.; and her siblings, Edna Staunch, Jennie Getway, Edward, Stanley, Henry, Chester, William, Leo and Jerome Maykowski.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Loutzenhiser (Charles) of Greenville, Robert Kocholek of Greenville and David Kocholek (Valerie); her niece Linda Lane of Hermitage; her grandchildren, Sheri Marriotti (Chris) of Sharpsville, Tim Loutzenhiser (Sherry) of Greenville and Michael Kocholek of Aurora, CO; her stepgrandchildren, Candi Dixson and Gina Zeng; her great grandchildren, Justin of Greenville, Jenna Greenfield of Greenville and Trever Loutzenhiser of Greenville; and her sisters, Florence Kocholek Mills of Hermitage, Sophie Dresel of Dana Point, CA and Delores Patrizi of Hermitage. She is also survived by eight step-great grandchildren.
