He is survived by: his children, Stephen Kalatucka, Jr., Gary Lee Kalatucka (Jill), Kenneth Kalatucka (Debra) and Denise Anne Rea; and his grandchildren, Colin Rea, Shawn Kalatucka, Kelly Kalatucka, Ryan Kalatucka, Candace Dawn Reeder and Kevin D. Plybon.
