She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel William Green and Alice Blake Green; her husband Michael; her daughter Molly Hoffman; and her siblings, Claire Ann Green Kokoszka and Michael William Green.
She is survived by: her daughter Michele Hoffman; her grandchildren, Cameron Joseph Valentine, Oliver Jackson Hoffman-Gallagher and Alice Green Hoffman-Gallagher; and her siblings, Teresa Mary Ewing (Thomas A. Ewing, Sr.), Geraldine Powers Green and Stanley Kokoszka.
