He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Oliver and John Robert Oliver; his siblings, Patricia "Patsy" Oliver and Robert Oliver; and his brother-in-law Joseph "Joe" Yannuzzi.
He is survived by: his wife D. Elayne Oliver; his children, Lisa Logue (Mark), John J. Oliver II (Colleen) and Steven A. Oliver (Lynne); his grandchildren, Kyle (Stef), Alycia (Chima), Emily Abigail (Joe), Sam, Natalie, Madison and Annabelle; his great grandchildren, Logan, Olivia and Makenzie; and his siblings, Sally Durbano (Larry), Carol Tate (Jim), David Oliver (Mia) and Nancy Yannuzzi.
