He is survived by: his significant other Theresa Voisine (Plourde); his daughter Mary Anne Powell of Thornton, PA; and his grandchildren, Craig Powell of Downingtown, PA and Tracy Powell (David Eschmann) of North Chili, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
