She is survived by: her parents, Lucy Kozak (Lasz) and Christopher Kozak; her siblings, Nicole Kozak and Christopher Kozak; her grandmother Dolores Kozak; and her niece Lyla Osbourne. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many close friends that comprised her extended family.
