He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Clark III. He is survived by: his mother Kimberly L. Nottle Clark; his wife Courtney L. Massari Clark; his children, Chloe and Andrew Clark; his siblings, Candace Spanier (John) and Matthew Clark; his niece Nina Spanier; his nephew Branyan Spanier; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Lynn Marie Massari; and his brothers-in-law, Christopher Massari (Donna) and Justin Massari (Matt).
