She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence M. "Larry" Potochnik; her brother Kenneth A. Kachman (Margaret); and her parents, Albert Michael Kachman and Catherine Kachman (Perun). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
