He is survived by: his wife Flora Corl Nelms (Kunkle); his children, Denise Dollman (Bill) of Irwin, Steve Nelms (Margy) of Trafford and Charles Nelms (Linda) of Irwin; and his brothers, Richard A. Nelms (Floralee) of Murrysville and Robert A. Nelms (Yvonne) of North Versailles. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
