He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Wurzell and Dorothy Wurzell (Malcolm); and his sister Jane Palletta. He is survived by: his wife Janet Shaw Wurzell (Myers); his children, Glenn Shaw of Anchorage, AK., Dianne Corrie of Irwin, Suzanne Fawcett (Steven) of Harrison City, Allen Shaw of Tucson, AZ. and Christine Nedley (Timothy) of Harrison City; his brother William "Billy" Wurzell of Elkridge; and his nieces, Leeann Giannilli (Dave) of Latrobe and Patty Datz of Jeannette. He is also survived by grandchildren; 17 beloved great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc. (228 S 2nd St, Jeannette, PA 15644). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the John V. Graziano Funeral Home Inc. Chapel (228 S 2nd St, Jeannette, PA 15644).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Saint Regis Catholic Church, 517 Homewood Ave., Trafford Pa., 15085.
