He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Sr. Lowe and Hazel Lowe (Thompson); and his siblings, Raymond E. Lowe Jr. and JoAnn McClintock. He is survived by: his daughter Kathryn Figuera; his grandson Michael Figuera; and his sisters, June O'Masta, Patty Grew and Debbie Katzman (Rick). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the John M. Dobrinick Funeral Home, Inc. (702 7th St, Trafford, PA 15085). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
