She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Tomkovicz and Mary Larence Tomkovicz; her husband William R. Palchak; and her siblings, Violet Vecchio, Joseph Tomkovicz and Elizabeth Henderson.
She is survived by: her children, William R. Palchak Jr. (Theresa) and Barbara Damits; her granddaughters, Lisa Wall (Daniel) and Amanda Sharrow (Brent); her great grandchild Henry; her sisters, Joan Lawrence (David) and Mary Ann Jenkins; and her sister-in-law Jean Tomkovicz.
