We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2024, at the age of 76, Faye J. Simmons of Trafford, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Whitehead and Betty Jane Whitehead (Fix); and her husband Lester H. "Butch" Simmons Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Allen W. Simmons (Doreen), Marci J. Dugan and Chrissie Henigan (Rick); her grandchildren, Cydney Simmons (Cameron Starr), Billy Dugan, McKenna Dugan (Edward Winters), Connor Dugan and Ethan Henigan; her great grandchild Kayman Starr; her sister Betty Jane Maljan; her niece Amanda Maljan; her nephew PJ Maljan (Heather); and her great-niece Kalina Maljan (Alyssa Farrell).

Memorial contributions can be made to a Breast Cancer Foundation of your choice in memory of Faye.
