He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Noll and Mildred Noll (Blystone); and his brother James C. Noll. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Noll (Meynor); his siblings, Dorothy Marsteller of Greensburg, Kenny Noll of Tempe, AZ, Naomi Bowers and Versailles; and his siblings-in-law, Cathy Lafferty and Don Meynor of Trafford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
