He is survived by: his children, Charles Walters Jr. (Amy) of Murrysville and Christine Sherman (Martin) of Plum; his stepchildren, Hillary Hegan and Ben Hegan (Melissa) of Ligonier, PA; his grandchildren, Noah, Sophie, Ryan and Liam; and his stepgrandchildren, Josh, Madison (Dilan), Emily, Sebastian and Gracee.
