He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Shorts and Bonnie Deeter Waid; his wife Arlene Sellen; and his siblings, Ron Shorts and Janet Parsley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Fultz (Tim Fultz) of Meadville and Michelle Blair (Todd) of Guys Mills; his grandchildren, Amber Presock (Leroy Mackenzie Blair), Emma Blair, Johnathon Blair and Brach Fultz; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Hannah McClelland and Brodie Presock.
