She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Alfred A. Fant and Mary Belle Kriner Fant; her husband William R. "Bill" Millard; and her siblings, Alfred B. Fant and Christine Betts.
She is survived by: her son Todd Millard (Debbie) of Aliquippa; her grandchildren, Benjamin K. Millard of Aliquippa, Lauryn A. Millard (Luke Burkett) of Townville and Zella R. Bellin of Franklin; her great grandchildren, Audianna, Aubriella Gatersman, Emberlynn Thompson and Justice Burk; and her brother David L. Fant (Pam). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
