He was predeceased by: his siblings, James, Jerry Millard and Bonda Millard; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Millard. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Fant; his son Todd Millard (Stacy) of Oil City; his grandchildren, Benjamin K. Millard of Pittsburgh, Lauryn A. Millard of Oil City and Zella R. Bellin of Fryburg; his great grandchild Audianna Gatesman of Fryburg; and his siblings, Ronnie Millard of Conneaut, OH, Marty Millard (Arlene) of Chapmanville, Daniel Millard (Barbara) of Titusville, Douglas Millard (Debbie) of Titusville, Bruce Millard of Meadville and Patricia Tracy (Fred) of Hiram, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
