He was predeceased by: his parent Richard Heitzman; his wife Barbara Rozoskie Heitzman; and his siblings, Anna Mace, Ida Yost, Elsie Hess, Richard Heitzman, Walter Heitzman, Cyril Heitzman, Robert Heitzman and Donald Heitzman.
He is survived by: his parent Annie Schmaus Heitzman; and his son Karl Heitzman.
