He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Welker and Donna Cook Welker. He is survived by: his wife Debra L. Hawk Welker; his son Matthew T. Welker (Stacey); his grandchildren, Ethan, Harper and Elaina Welker; and his sisters, Terri Welker, Penny Stine (Tom) and Kathy Smeal (Bob).
