He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Sr. Lower and Lillian Johs Lower. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Girton Lower; his daughters, Lauren Shutt (Larry) and Heather Zerembo (Robert); and his granddaughter Laila Shutt.
