He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Ulsh and Millie Paul Ulsh; and his sisters, Barbara Taylor and Sandy Jones. He is survived by: his wife Joanne E. Welsh Ulsh; his children, Lisa Klinger (Terry) of Tower City, Roger Ulsh Jr. (Jill) of Tower City and Jeremy Ulsh (April) of Tower City; and his siblings, Carol Schaeffer (Jack), Kerry Ulsh (Carol) and Jeff Ulsh (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; his beloved Doberman dogs.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, 1320 Lingelstown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110, who took excellent care of Roger the past few weeks.
