It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Oxenrider (Tower City, Pennsylvania), born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 22, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis E. Bowman and Romaine B. James Bowman. She is survived by: her husband Dale Oxenrider; her sons, Scott E. Witmer (Lisa), Richard K. Witmer (Theresa), Brian L. Witmer and Shawn D. Oxenrider; her grandchildren, Zachary P. Smeltz, Kayla Y., Alicia A., Keith R. Witmer, Brandon L. Wagner (Angela), Brittany L., Courtney E. Oxenrider, Shaylee M., Ty S. Witmer and Kyle A. Witmer (Mandy); her great grandchildren, Delaney S. Smeltz, Ayden Z. Reed, Raylen N. Wagner, Kellin R. Witmer, Avery J. Witmer and Braxton L. Rudy; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Laeton.
