It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Clifford of Tower City, Pennsylvania, born in Grantville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 20, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Rhoads and Marie Rhoads; and her former husband Robert J. Clifford. She is survived by: her daughter Stacey Pautienus; and her husband William. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
