He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, James A. Freeman, Darwin W. Hoppes, Sr. and Frank Kutash; and his father-in-law Joseph Breech. He is survived by: his parents, Tracee Hoppes (Freeman) and Darwin W. "Check" Hoppes, Jr.; his spouses, Becky Grove and Karen A. Hoppes (Breech); his sons, Gabriel J. and Eli D. Hoppes; his brother Matthew Hoppes (Gina); his siblings-in-law, Catherine Klock (Blake) and Daniel Breech; his nieces, Kadence and Brylee; his grandmothers, Carolyn Freeman and Carol Kutash; his mother-in-law Virginia Breech; and also, Pine Grove, Michael Yakoboski (Abby) and Danielle Yakoboski (Eric Volkert). He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family requests memorial donations to the Joshua Hoppes Memorial Fund, 1549 Long Run Rd., P. O. Box 33, Friedensburg, PA 17933, to establish a trust fund for his sons, Gabriel & Eli.
