He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Shoffler and Anna Troup Shoffler; his siblings, Betty Becker, Robert, Donald and Anna Shoffler; and his son-in-law Douglas Klinger.
He is survived by: his wife Jean M. Bush Shoffler; his daughters, Cheryl Strausser (Daniel), Brenda Klinger and Lori Snyder (Robert); his sister Ellen Topokski; and his grandchildren, Aaron, Isaac Strausser, Jena Klinger, Rebecca Ellis, Melissa Jones, Victoria Keys and Destin Snyder. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
