He is survived by: his spouse Edna L. Clugston (Farr); his parent Alma Clugston; his child William B. Clugston, Jr.; his wife Vicki of Red Hill; his grandchildren, Jamie, Mark, Jodi, Melissa and Jared; and also Elizabeth.
