He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Benjamin and Jennie G. Johnson Benjamin; and his siblings, Leonard "Benny" Benjamin, Burton Benjamin, Leo Benjamin, Frank Benjamin, Charles Benjamin, Burton Benjamin Jr., Nellie Mills, Alice Northrup, Marion Northrup, Helen Waldorf and Clara Kinner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Thelma Packard of Gillett, Nettie Brown of Wysox, Kenny Benjamin (Autumn) of Rome and Richard Benjamin (Lola) of Towanda. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
