He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Eugene Ryan and Ann Leahy Ryan; his brother D. Michael Motorhead Ryan; his stepfather Leon Trowbridge; and his niece Cindy Coulter.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Ryan; his son Casey; his daughter-in-law Katie Ryan of North Towanda; his grandson Finley Ryan; his sister Mary Ann; his brother-in-law Leon "Buck" Woodruff Jr. of Dushore, PA; his sisters, Janice Bomboy of Towanda and Jackie Trowbridge Gage of Towanda; and his nieces and nephews, Brit Woodruff, Stacia Lent, Leslie Mahler (Josh), Joseph Ryan and Dane Woodruff. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, and many friends.
The family suggests that contributions be directed to the Northern Tier Veterans Group, 912 S. Main St., Towanda, PA 18848 in Thomas Joseph Ryan's memory.
