She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Tobin and Thelma Hottois Tobin; and her brother Ronnie Tobin. She is survived by: her children, Michelle "Miki" Chamberlain (Bob) of Towanda and Gregory Williams (Cindy) of Towanda. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
