She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Thomas of Montrose, PA; her granddaughters, Stefiny Martin (Shane Martin II), Miranda Warner and Sadie Warner; and her great grandchildren, Shane A. Martin and Nora Martin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
