He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Waters and Mary Lou Waters (Tunnicliff); and also Mary Lou. He is survived by: his son Mike (Kim Waters); and his siblings, Audra Waters (Al VanSkiver) of Chemung Ny, Wendy Walker (Tim) of Apalachin, Mary Waters (Mooch) and Mark Waters. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, great nieces and nephews.
