He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Maynard and Dollie McNeal Maynard; his wife Donna Detrick Maynard; his children, Janet Condusta (James) of Rome, David Maynard Sr. (Heidi) of Rome and Melody Histed (Eric) of Livingston; his stepchildren, John Neiley (Tammy) of Warren Center, Linda Andrus (Curt) of Wyoming and Brenda Schoonover (Terry) of Wysox; his grandchildren, Hunter Condusta, David Maynard Jr., Desiree Maynard, Ryan Maynard and Abigayle Histed; his stepgrandchildren, Shelby Flemming (Shawn) of Granville Summit, Cody Schoonover (Sarah) of Towanda, Michelle Clark of Florida, Aaron Saxon of Milton, PA, Ben, Justin and Joey Neiley; his great grandchildren, Brynlee, Brianna and Kailyn; and his sisters, June Fitzgerald of Avoca, PA and Carol Hendershot of Morgan.
