She is survived by: her mother Margaret Bata McCracken; her stepfather Richard McCracken; her daughter Rai-Leigh Benjamin; her grandchildren, Daija Rai Foux and Jonas James Wheeler; her former husband Steven D. Benjamin, Jr.; her half-brother Tracey; her sisters-in-law, Kate Vanderpool and Gloria Vanderpool; her nieces, Janae Hicks (Curtis), Stacey Vanderpool (Lee) and Mia Root (Jeff); her nephew Caleb Vanderpool (Kelsey Novak); and her aunts and uncles, Billy, Laura Benjamin, Jack and Sandy Vanderpool.
